MANAGEMENT PROFILES
CFOS/FX is the over-the-counter (OTC) foreign currency trading and brokerage division of CFOS, Inc., an Independent Introducing Broker registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission since 1988 and member of the National Futures Association. CFOS/FX was developed and is overseen by Mr. Victor Guerrero, Jr., President of CFOS/FX. Mr. Guerrero and Mr. John Nobile III share day-to-day management responsibilities of the firm's foreign exchange trading and brokerage business. CFOS/FX is located in the Houston, TX, Galleria area and serves both individual and commercial forex investors.
All of the individuals listed are licensed commodity brokers qualified to broker both over-the-counter foreign currency contracts as well as regulated commodity futures contracts. Further, each is a member of the National Futures Association in accordance with Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations. As investors ourselves, we have made customer service our highest priority because we know exactly how important it is to work with the right broker.

Mr. Victor Guerrero, Jr. developed and oversees CFOS/FX, serving as President of CFOS/FX. In addition to general oversight and management of CFOS/FX trading and brokerage activities, Mr. Guerrero's main responsibilities include development and expansion of brokerage services and investment products. Mr. Guerrero is a licensed commodities professional with over 14 years of commodity trading, brokerage and consulting experience in the U.S. cash and futures markets specializing in derivatives and risk management. Mr. Guerrero began working in the commodities industry as a broker assistant at TCT Energy brokerage in Houston in 1992, and eventually opened his own brokerage, Quantum NGL Brokerage Corp., in 1999. In 2002 Mr. Guerrero took a position at CFOS, Inc., an Independent Introducing Broker, to further expand his business into additional commodity markets. Mr. Guerrero also co-founded, with Mr. John Nobile III, Victor Investment Partnerships, a private investment partnership and serves as the Managing Partner. Mr. Guerrero enjoys working with investors who are interested in trading and/or hedging in the global commodities markets regardless of experience, from first-time traders to experienced professionals.

Mr. John Nobile III serves as Executive Vice President of CFOS/FX and a Principal of CFOS, Inc. Mr. Noble shares the firm's day-to-day management of over-the-counter forex trading and brokerage business with Mr. Victor Guerrero, Jr.. Mr. Nobile is a licensed commodities professional with over 6 years of commodities experience in U.S. cash and futures markets. In 2004 Mr. Nobile joined CFOS, Inc., an Independent Introducing Broker, to further develop his commodity trading strategies and investment product ideas. Also, Mr. Nobile co-founded, with Mr. Guerrero, Victor Investment Partnerships, a private investment partnership and serves as General Partner.

Mr. Hal Swanson is both President and a Principal of CFOS, Inc. He started his career in the commodity futures industry on the exchange floor of The Chicago Board of Trade in 1967. One year later, he became the assistant desk manager for Goodbody & Co. on the exchange floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. His career was briefly interrupted in 1969 and 1970 when he served in the Vietnam War as an infantry sergeant with the 101st Airborne Division. Hal became a commodity broker in 1972, and began working with investors and hedgers. Through the years, he has actively traded all major commodity futures and has had exchange members in both New York and Chicago as clients. Besides his futures trading experience, he was an institutional securities broker specializing in fixed income securities and derivative trading. Hal's trading methods have been published in magazines, featured on talk shows, and taught in various cities. Mr. Swanson has been an associate of CFOS since June 1992 and has given numerous seminars educating people in the fields of commodities and investments.

Mr. Bryan Wright serves as Chief Operations Officer, Principal and IT Provider. He applies his 8 years of experience to help streamline the day-to-day operations of CFOS and CFOS/FX. He implements and supports the technology infrastructure at CFOS, making sure that all brokers have the tools and resources needed to service their clients. He also spends time staying up-to-date with current technology, and finding new ways to improve the efficency of day-to-day operations at CFOS. Mr. Wright enjoys spending his free time with his family.
