PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED ACCOUNTS

Please contact CFOS/FX for updated CTA/CPO investment information and performance

Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

**When investing in a CTA managed account, investors should always keep in mind that past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.  Further, simply investing with a CTA and/or diversifying a portfolio does not guarantee that the investor will realize any profit.  Over-the-counter foreign exchange trading carries a high risk and is not suitable for all investors.  Only investors capable of sustaining a loss in excess of their initial investment should invest in managed accounts.**

CFOS/FX offers managed investment opportunities to both individual and commercial investors.  Each investment is managed by a CFTC/NFA regulated Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA).

About CFOS/FX Managed Accounts.  Matching the client’s investment profile with the appropriate managed investment epitomizes the role of an investment broker.  CFOS/FX endeavors to provide our clients with a full selection of investment opportunities to meet the wide variety of our clients' needs and objectives.  Selecting the investment that is right for a client requires knowledge and understanding of the client’s investment objectives and a good familiarity with the range of investments available.

CFOS/FX speaks directly with top management at each CTA firm and performs due diligence of each CTA firm before introducing investment programs to CFOS/FX clients.  CFOS/FX has 20 years of business relationships throughout the industry and will assist you to ensure the proper selection of a CTA, with your financial objectives and risk considerations in mind.

What are Managed Accounts?  Managed accounts are investments programs traded by professional Commodity Trading Advisors (CTA's).  The advisors trade over-the-counter foreign exchange markets on a discretionary basis for retail, commercial and/or institutional clients.  Each CTA is regulated by NFA/CFTC.

Types of Managed Accounts.  CFOS/FX offers two types of Managed Accounts as follows:

Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) Individual Accounts.  The investor opens an account in his/her/its own name with a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) and/or Forex Dealer Member.  The CTA is given discretion via limited power of attorney to trade the investor's funds according to a specific trading program outlined in the CTA Disclosure Documents.

**Each CTA is required to periodically update (at least every nine months) and, prior to investment, must provide investors with an extensive "Disclosure Document" outlining, among other things, the background of the CTA firm/management, the investment program characteristics and past results, real and potential risks involved in investment in the CTA's program, and the real and potential conflicts of interest (if any) that may exist.**

Commodity Pools.  Commodity Pools are operated by CFTC/NFA regulated Commodity Pool Operators (CPO's) usually formed as either a "limited liability company" or "limited partnership" to effectively "pool" together funds held by the respective Members or Partners (as applicable) with the intention of investing in over-the-counter foreign exchange investment programs offered by regulated CTA's.  Due to the high minimum initial investment requirements of some CTA investment programs, individual investors may not be able to invest individually or simply may not wish to commit a substantial portion of their portfolio to managed accounts.  However, the combining of funds by a Commodity Pool may allow the investor to potentially benefit from investment in CTA programs that may otherwise be unavailable to the individual investor.

**Each CPO is required to periodically update (at least every nine months) and, prior to investment, must provide investors with an extensive "Disclosure Document" outlining, among other things, the background of the CPO and each CTA managing pool assets, the investment program characteristics and past results, real and potential risks involved in investment in the pool, and the real and potential conflicts of interest (if any) that may exist.**
