TAX-DEFERRED IRA ACCOUNTS
CFOS/FX clients have the opportunity to open both self-directed and/or professionally managed Roth, SEP and Traditional IRA commodity accounts.
Through a
relationship with
Millennium Trust Company, an
independent trust company providing customized custodial services for both
traditional and alternative investments, our clients can invest in global
commodity futures and forex markets in a tax-deferred IRA retirement account.
The particular types of IRA accounts available may differ from one FCM and/or
FDM to another.
Just as CFOS/FX's management has over 100 years of combined commodities experience, the management team at Millennium Trust Company has over 75 years of combined trust management experience and a reputation for honesty, stability and integrity. Millennium does not provide retail banking functions nor do they act as an investment manager - Millennium acts only as provider of both custodial services as well as account reporting services required by these accounts. The professionals at Millennium are experienced with Internal Revenue Service Code, CFTC Regulatory Requirements and the documentary requirements of futures and forex industry participants. In most cases, a custodial account can be established in one business day, subject to funds availability.

Online Account Access. Millennium offers TrustWeb™, an internet-based product that provides account information updated daily. A wealth of account information is provided including portfolio information, transaction information, performance, statements, and downloads. TrustWeb™ is also customizable through user preferences and features built-in online help. Portfolio information includes asset summaries, detail listing of assets, and asset pricing. Transaction information includes detailed transaction information with customizable views that can be configured through user preferences. Statements are available online and can optionally include e-mail notification of when client statements are available. Downloads allow clients to save portfolio information and transaction information to a file for offline use. TrustWeb™ is available twenty-four hours a day and all information is current as of the previous processing day.
Millennium Trust is regulated by the Illinois Department of Financial and
Professional Regulation, and the firm is audited by two additional outside
auditors; Scanlon & Mathews, LLP and Plante Moran, LLP.
