(VAM).  VAM is registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) and a Commodity Pool Operator (CPO) with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and is also a member of the National Futures Association (NFA) in such capacities.  Our clients range from small producers and manufacturers to some of the largest commercial energy companies, banks and trading companies in the world.  Victor Commodity Consulting business activities and consulting services are overseen by its two principals, Mr. Victor Guerrero, President and CEO, and Mr. John Nobile, COO.  Mr. Guerrero and Mr. Noble are also principals of CFOS, Inc. and oversee CFOS/FX business operations.
