1 CFOS/FX is a forex broker compensated by FCMs/Dealers per transaction.  Forex broker compensation is reflected in the forex spot or forex option bid/ask spread.  Self-directed forex option and spot accounts pay no other commission; full-service forex option and spot accounts pay commission at a rate agreed to by the CFOS/FX forex broker and client prior to trading. 

2 Depending on FCM/Dealer: (a) streaming quotes may be available for forex options with fixed expirations only or may be available for forex options with any expiration the client chooses within the FCM's/Dealer's trading parameters and (b) forex option contracts not streamed may be quoted via "request for quote" via platform, chat or telephone with a forex option broker.
