(1) The "SPOT and VANILLA OPTIONS ACCOUNT" is for both spot and vanilla options trading in the same account (self-directed and full-service accounts available). You can trade spot and vanilla options for both otc forex and metals all in the same account. Spot forex spreads and margins are slightly higher for this type of account. |
(2) "PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED ACCOUNTS" introduced through CFOS/FX are offered by regulated Commodity Trading Advisors (CTA's). Each CTA is registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a CTA and is a National Futures Association (NFA) Member in good standing. Unlike hedge funds, CTA's are regulated and are subject to NFA audits to verify regulatory compliance as well as performance data. Invest from a traditional trading account or from your tax-deferred IRA (Traditional, Roth & SEP).

1 CFOS/FX is an introducing forex broker compensated by forex FCMs per round-turn. The forex broker compensation is already reflected in the online currency trading bid/ask spread. Self-directed foreign currency trading accounts pay no commissions; full-service foreign exchange trading accounts may pay a commission at a rate to be agreed upon by the CFOS/FX forex broker and the client prior to trading.
2 During times of extreme price volatility, online forex trading clients may be re-quoted instantly at updated prices. Forex markets open Sunday 4pm CST through Friday 3pm CST except scheduled holidays.
3 Streaming quotes not available for flexible currency option contracts. Quotes for currency options with flexible expiration date are available upon request anytime online and can be executed online as well. Quotes for currency options with flexible expiration times are available via telephone through the dealing desk.
